REFUND POLICY

Please ensure you read and understand our Returns Policy before making your purchase.

Is your product faulty?

We offer a 30-day warranty period on all of our sunglasses.  

​

If you believe your sunglasses are faulty or is missing expected components, please contact our customer service team.

Returns

 

To start a return, you can contact us at: GlobalSunniesSales@gmail.com, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Changed your mind?

 

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase we will accept a return of the sunglasses at your return shipping expense.  Any returned items must be received by Global Sunnies in an unopened and unused condition.  Note; The original delivery fee is not refundable, only the cost of the sunglasses.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
