SHIPPING POLICY

The team at Global Sunnies pride ourselves on our fast and very discreet delivery service, which allows our awesome customers to enjoy their purchases as soon as possible.

- We also offer FREE delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $50

- All orders under $50 will incur a flat rate delivery fee of $5.00.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Melbourne (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 10am (AEST), it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 10am cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, please rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

Please note, we send all our products via Australia Post. All orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued too you on the day of dispatch.

Your order will be packaged with care to protect your product during shipping.

Expected Delivery Timeframes (Australia-wide)

Melbourne & Sydney: 3-4 business days
VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, ACT, TAS 4-6 business days
WA, NT: 5-7 business days

By choosing the Authority To Leave option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will try and assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

Orders to New Zealand addresses on average take approximately 10 business days.
